How can i learn after my SA when my file was transferred to the VO?

SA is actually meant to notify you that the file was transferred to the VO. As to when the file is received by the VO, you may or may not get a second AOR from that VO. For instance, NDVO sends out AOR when they receive your application from CIC-Mississauga.

correct, and just to confirm... MOST visa offices DO NOT send aor's. there is no knowing until the visa office gets in touch with the applicant about document or passport requests.
