After OWP approval, is there any chance of sponsorship application to be refused? If yes, what can be the possible reasons?

OR is it just a Matter of time after OWP approval?

Again, they are two separate applications processed at different locations by different officers. The OWP is somewhat a privilege to inland applicants so they could work while waiting for their sponsorship application.
