After negative appeal,,can you enter canada Ilegal?

But my question is that if I arrive Ilegal will I risk to be deported at the border if i got stoped?? Will My husband sponsor me again without any status?? What country are you from? Do you require a visa to visit Canada?

Come legally. Get a visitor visa if you don't possess one and need one and/or eTA if you need. You can launch an inland with OWP to guarantee status while they work...

Also, order GCMS notes for your refused cse and the sponsorship app to help you target areas for improvement..

How exactly are you planning to come to Canada illegally? You will not be able to board a plane without a TRV and you will not be granted a US visa to attempt entry by land.

OP has a history of misrepresentation and was deported from Canada. There's no chance she will be approved for a TRV.

@OP: if you enter illegally or you are without status when you apply inland, and you don't/can't correct that, your app will likely be refused.

It looks like you're from Albania - in which case you need a TRV to come to Canada. As others have said, unfortunately there's extremely little chance the TRV will be approved. You won't even be allowed to board the airplane for Canada without TRV - so there's no way for you to arrive here "illegally"

I totally get your position and how you feel. But unless you're going to swim, you'll encounter the CBSA.

If you apply for a TRV and are refused, you're better to try another country to reside in, or a lawyer who can defend your misrepresentation..

How will you come to Canada illegally? You can't do it by airplane.

Refugees come legally (with TRVs) and then apply for asylum once they are in Canada.

Given your immigration history, you want to do everything legally going forward. Doing anything illegally is just going to complicate things further and make it even more difficult to get your application approved.

She doesn't qualify as H&C since she's not living in Canada right now.

We still don't know the whole story about her, as she's mentioned she's been deported, has some misrepresentation, etc. She should explain the entire case to us. She hasn't really explained as to why she stayed illegally in Canada, whether the misrepresentation was a mistake or deliberate, etc.

I understand you are desperate to join your family in Canada. You must follow legitimate path otherwise your illegal move may cause lifetime embargo to enter Canada. Have patience. Ask your husband to consult with a couple of good lawyers and go from there. I know how hard it is to stay away from your family! Life is not always fair. Have patience please.

Very few people actually enter Canada illegally. They come to Canada legally and then become illegal by letting their status expire.

I suggest your husband move to your country. If you live together for a few years, you would have a much better chance if you apply for PR again.

Thank guys!! It is much more easier to go to Canada on the right way!! But as Albaniens the don't give us viza!! My daughters are here and I was deported for misrepresentation as before I was a refugee in Canada!! CIC is not talking the marriage into consideration every time they bring up the past for me!! They believe marriage is real since they do not make many questions about it ,, but when they get the decision they say marriage is for status!! Can my husband apply for H&C and still move from Canada till we get decision again!! He has his pr cart for 10years he didn't bother yo apply for passport!! Since he had hic pr for many years does he still has to be inside the country for any application in progress??


Is been a hell with these bad experience!! So many people do criminals and some how they forgive them!! But me is not letting me move on because of the past!! I was very hard working person!! Payed taxies!! No social assistance!! Is been a bad experience! But I have to do anything for the girls!! And family!! Thank you for your time!! Sorry is complicated!!
