I've been on visitor visa in Canada for 9 months without leaving, if I get married to my Canadian girlfriend here in Canada, would I be able to work in the states and live in Canada legally? Would my status become legal? Also, if we got married here, and decided to move to the states in 6 months, would she be able to work there as soon as we landed? Assuming all proper paperwork is sent in beforehand.

I think Leon addressed some of this earlier for you but no, marrying your Canadian girlfriend does not make you legal here, it makes you eligible to be sponsored by her as your spouse. No, you would not be able to live here legally, let alone live here and work in the US legally.

And no, if you marry (here or there) she is not eligible to work in the US until immigrating there.

If you want to live and work in Canada after you're married to your Canadian, you have to apply for permanent residence. That's very similiar to her needing to apply for a green card in the States if she wants to live and work there after you get married. Simply getting married doesn't make either of you "legal" in the other's country.
