Hello, I would need some help regarding my case, I hope someone had similar experience.Thank you!
My immigration short story, I was helped by a Canadian immigration consultant through my process.
1. Had an interview, got a valid job offer, low paid but still was happy
2. Submitted (EOI) Expression Of Interest, had interview with PNP ambassador, received LAA (Letter Advice to Apply).
3. Submitted Express Entry
4. Got my PR VISA, contacted company I got the job, they said that job is currently not available and they stopped the process.
5. Got other interview before landing.
6. Landed and immediately got another job offer (not LMIA).
7. Got my PR card, driving license, banking, mobile plan, rental place, etc.
8. After almost 2 months at my new job, I received following:
_________________________________________________________________________
You were issued a Certificate of Nomination from the *PNP based several factors including receipt of an offer of employment from "COMPANY NAME", "TOWN NAME", "STATE NAME". We note the following concerns:
1. The *PNP received information from "COMPANY NAME" which states that the company is not willing to support this offer of employment or support you in a work permit application.
2. "COMPANY NAME" also confirmed that they have not reserved a position for you and that they cannot confirm that the position would be available for you should you land in "STATE"
*PNP may withdraw a nomination at any time if you no longer meet the conditions of nomination or if you provided false or misleading information in your provincial nomination application.

I contacted my immigration consultant, he said that I should reply with my location in Canada and my job.
Also my immigration consultant said that I should not be concerned about this case, is something he saw several times and it will not affect me at all as I already landed.
Did anyone have similar experience?
I also cannot interpret correctly immigration process and laws.
Still I did not do anything illegal, I went through the whole process and nobody told me that I have any issues.
Thank you very much!
