We are in the same situation, I landed last week, and I'm waiting for LC2 passport request, I've seen in the Philippines they ask passport first to LC2, then LC1 lands and later LC2 receives COPR, I'm from Mexico and I don't know how it works, hopefully somebody can enlighten us!!!
