After graduation but before licence experience

I graduated from Doctor of Pharmacy program in Jan 2017 but I got my degree and licence in May 2017. My transcript shows that I completed the program in Jan. 2017 but both my degree and licence has been issued in May 2017. From Jan 2017 till May 2017, I worked as Intern Pharmacist and afterward, as licenced pharmacist. Is my Intern experience from Jan 2017 till May 2017 will be counted towards work experience.... Thanks

Based on how the NOC is written, I would say no. You should count your experience from the date you received your license.
