After getting study permit of 2 year college

1:Can I transfer two university for 3 or 4 years undergraduate in university?I will go for transfer or just apply a university as usual application process? and how to do with the study permit that I have got? 2:If I get study permit after the starting date for 5 days or so?Can I still get enrolled in the original semester?And If I want to delay my starting term for Fall 2015 to Winter 2016,what am I gonna do?

Yes - you can transfer to an undergraduate program if a university will accept you.

You will have to notify CIC that you have changed schools and programs.

If you stop attending school for more than 90 days your study permit will be automatically canceled.
