After Getting ITA, and AOR, how long it takes for status change

Hi,
i got nomination from oinp and received ITA ON Nov,2016. In Jan 2017, i uploaded my documents to IRCC and got AOR.
in my cic account status, it is shiwing as review of eligibilty in progress ..and review of uploaded documents not started...
is it usual ...

Yes, this is normal.
A change in status can take place anytime between 1 day to 30 days after e-AOR.

get AOR on november 14th and no changes at all since then,not even medical !

This is completely normal. Once you receive AOR, the next update change will vary depending on when your case will be touched by the centralized intake office. In my case, I got my medical passed just a day after AOR, but took an additional three months to get another update.

Me too: AOR on 17th November 2016 and Medical passed on 18th November 2016 and that's it. No single change since then! But that's find I guess
