After doing MBA outside Canada, will accept PGD or Masters Certificate course ?

I have completed Bachelor in 2004 and 2 years MBA in 2017. If I apply now for 2 yrs PGD or 2 yrs Masters Certificate in Supply Chain, will it allow? Or I have to apply for 2nd Masters? Study gap is there. Age is about to 40.

Please suggest if anyone you know.

If you can show it leads to career advancement in your home country and you have the funds to support yourself. If you have a MBA, it will be more difficult. Supply chain management is a common course for international students.
