Try http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
See what score are you getting

If you have not done so, I suggest you register for Jobbank for your profile to become active and go in the EE pool.

What NOC did you fill in your EE profile? There must be something you filled that made it ineligible.

Use the 'come to Canada' tool on the CIC website to verify you are eligible and then create another EE profile.

Did you make sure to put in your language tests results?
(For a while the system asked for French instead of English after you seleted English as your better language, but you still had to put in the English to get points. No idea if they fixed it by now, but it confused a few people before into not entering their reulsts, thus not gaining points.)

As per the CRS tool, CRS score is as below

Comprehensive Ranking System formula

Subtotal Core/Human capital + Spouse factors + Skill transferability = 425

Additional points = 0

Grand total = 425

0112 Human resources managers : Skill Type O
1121 Human resources professionals : Skill Type A

Both NOC 's are in the O & A category.

EE profile is created twice and still the same result. Can anyone please suggest what could be the possible error?

I will suggest you pick just 1 NOC and see how it goes. It asks you for Primary NOC. Choose the one you have more years of experience and can get experience letters.

Can you share more info on your FSW factors (you need at least 67/100)?
