i have got the refugee approval from the court and now i am protected refugee .

SIN number will not change until you receive PR. Forgot to tell you, you should apply for a provincial health card.

after submitting PR package , do i need to do any thing like linking the application online or any thing like that ?

When you receive acknowledgment of receive from IRCC you can link your application to your IRCC account.
