I would have thought the new rules have done plenty to reduce the number of PR applications, never mind imposing any more restrictions. So no need to worry so much.

Except that if you experience is not on the"list" it will be much more difficult to get an approved job in Canada and apply under FSW 2/3, as well as the CEC.

Thanks God it is, my NOS is Construction manager and I am waiting for medicals request since October.
