The scene for imported Doctors in Canada is NOT good. First, you have your experience reviewed by the professional Licensing body in the Province you wish to settle in. The courses you must take are listed. You then progress to the point where you need residency. Spaces for residency in Canada for imported Doctor's are very low. You may collect a few scraps and get a position or you could wait a decade. They usually make the residency slots for Canadian students in the process, not international Doctors. Then your speciality dramatically increases your trouble as well. Dermatology is one of the coveted spots. So all I can say is good luck and keep an eye out for nice used cars that could be your cab. (sorry but true).
