Afghanistan PCC

Dear seniors has anyone applied PCC from Afghanistan ?How long does it takes to obtain?I am currently working in Canada,i have submitted my required documents as per their website to obtain PCC from Afghanistan Consulate,Vancouver,its been two months but i didn't hear anything from them,when i called them yesterday they told me it might takes 3 to 6 months .i have submitted my eAPR but only left Afghanistan PCC,however, they provided me one letter for proof so i attached that and submitted.So do they gonna a reject my application or they could give me deadline? my background check has been changed in progress yesterday.Is there any other way to get fast?Do you know any agent in Afghanistan if i pay and they gonna a make and send to me.

It's interesting about Afghanistan PCC. I also called Vancouver, and they told me it will be very difficult to obtain. In some cases it can take up to 2 years.
They encouraged to apply, but that's about it.
Can anybody help us??? Any third party agency???
