Afghanistan PCC

Has anyone from Canada applied Police clearance Certificate for Afghanistan and received it ?Please tell me if someone got it and how long it took?I submitted eAPR and got updated medical is passed. BG check is in progress.I submitted my required documents here in Afghanistan consulate,Vancouver Canada to obtain PCC on May 6. Today i called to consulate and asked but they said it might takes from 3 to 6 months.
So i am worried if CIC request me to provide Afghanistan PCC.
But Consulate sent me one letter for proof so i attached that and wrote LOE.

You know to obtain PCC from Afghanistan,it takes forever that's why i paid huge amount and received my PCC. So you applied from Afghanistan Embassy in New Delhi and when?i will guide you through PM>
