Hi Everyone,

I'm submitting a Spousal Application, and i'm thinking of including Affidavits from Family members, RE: my spouse. Has anyone used these kinds of Affidavits in their
applications? If Yes, did you use a Template that you could kindly forward to myself?....or if not, what kind of disclosures would you reccommend to put in it?

Thanks.

Hello Countrygal,

Could you, if you have templates, forward them to my inbox as well. I have a family member also submitting their spousal sponsorship and all the help we can get would be greatly appreciated.

Affidavits/letters from family members to support the genuineness of the relationship, should be in the words and style of the person writing it. If you use a generic template for all of them, then they will all look the same and possibly artificial.

As long as the letters have the basic info like how they know sponsor/applicant, for how long, give personal reasons they are a genuine couple, etc, then there is no template or script necessary. Each one is supposed to be different since not everyone writes the same.

I did not send a template. I sent a general example of what people mention in the letters.
