affected to PR??

My freind who did not pay the phone bill for 4months (Not on purpose) is very worried if this affect

to apply PR I do not think it is affected, but Does any one know If a person who did not pay any fee

get sued by company would be affected?

if company reports it to external entity ( police , Court etc) . Its my view rest seek advice from seniors. Why is he didn't paid if he forgot pay it now if its not on purpose.

It will affect his credit history and collections agency might bother him from time to time but it is extremely unlikely to affect his PR.
