guys i have a query related to the AEO ......

.... on page no. 2 ... under the heading "Details of job offer" ...... there is duration of employment ..... if indeterminate is selected ......then
It means that the job can start and end at any time ? as decided by the employer-employee agreement .....
i want to ask that the skilled labor (employee) who is migrating to Canada can start the job at any time ?....... lets say immediately or after 1 year.... 2year ..... and so ..... and can end at any time ......... ?
or is it that the person has to immediately start the job after landing and getting the pr ?
