While applying in the Arranged employment category for immigration ....... Is the person after getting a AEO bound to join the job after immigrating ?..... or is he can willfully do any thing after immigration ?

Yes u can change ...

1. that means the AEO is only to get through the procedure of the immigration and reach Canada ?....... the CHC people are not at all concerned with weather u join that job from which u obtained the AEO ?

2. Will the CHC question me if i donot join the job ?

3. Are the following events ok ? ....... like, if i get the AEO and then after going through all the procedure of immigration through arranged employment .... they pass my application for immigration ...... i get to canada and then decide to not join the job from which i got AEO ..... get my pr card ..... and do what ever i like ...... either join the AEO job .... or some other job ..... or go back home ....

4. and am i certified to go outside Canada for 2 out of 5 years like the other cases ?..... with out doing job?
am i bound in any case after immigrating to Canada under AEO criteria ?

again YES to all your questions .. u can change the job and do what ever u wanna do .. its all about genuineness of job and if your willing to work their

Yes to all your questions and number 2 question also. Nobody will ask you why you didn't take the job.

thanks simon.....

atlast finally here leon, thanks a lot .....

Does it mean that it is also not mandatory for employer to hire the employee?

If the basis of an AEO is just to get the PR, then better not use it just for this purpose, because CIO, CHC are very alert to these kind of fraud cases & will reject/ban you for misrepresentation.
It is equally harmful to the organization that sponsors the AEO & if it does not honor it. Labour laws are very strict in Canada & punishments very harsh.
CIO/CHC do lot's of extra verification in AEO cases & even if they have an iota of doubt they will reject your application.
So be genuine with your AEO & both applicant & sponsor are supposed to honor it for atleast the time when the applicant lands the first time in Canada & need not search for a job. The applicant is free to leave this employment if the contract does not say so, but then it should be a logical decision to leave that employer for a better prospect.
Now with the new rules, CIO/CHC wil be very stringent & so will HRSDC/Service Canada in issuing AEO's since this is the only option left for applicants who are not covered in the 29 NOC list.

Thanks Yukon, I am also of the same opinion. If I join the employer and continue with him upto the period of my contract then there should not be any problem.

Are there some jobs exempted fom labour market opinion? If so, can somebody provide the link on CIC site.

Thanks.

Thanks.

Yes their are some exempt occupations. You need to scan the HRSDC site for detailed information.

The LMO exempt jobs are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/special-tech.asp but this program will end next September.

Thanks Leon, but there is no list of NOC or jobs exempted. Can you specify please.

There is a list of jobs but the NOC's are not real NOC's. They are different numbers used by immigration purposes I assume. Still, you should be able to see from the jobs and the descriptions of the jobs if you qualify to get a job like that and if you do get one, then you can apply for a work permit without an LMO.
