AEO Job offer have to be from exactly same NOC as applicants current occupation?

Does AEO Job have to be from exactly same NOC as applicants current occupation?

A friend of mine is working under NOC 2174, but now have got a job offer from a different company with a positive AEO under NOC 2171. Is that fine? or if the current profession of the application has to be exactly same as job offer + AEO ?

I heard that your AEO job offer has to be skilled level 0, A or B. Your current occupation NOC 0613 is fine, but your job offer seems not to be skilled job offer ...
