advise needed

Hi,
so i got this mail from ndvo stating that a remedical of chest (further investigation) is required in order to further process the file. the mail started with a completely different name and dat too adressed it as "Mr ......". i really don't know how to follow up with this.. i have marked a mail to ndvo asking for further clarification and still waiting for the reply. my consultant has also marked a mail regarding the same. i would really appreciate if some one can come up with some options..or what should i really do..my wife has no history of any chest problems..and it was lil shocking to know when asked for a further investigation.. Its strange that name is different.
do one thing go and meet your medical centre dorctor and discuss about your case that wether any problem reported

as for Chest even due to any reson if they found any scar (may be due to heavy fever also it happens) they will do further investigation
it dosent require any seriour medical history for scar on lungs
but confirm with medical centre about your case and if any reporting
send CSE to NDVO try to talk on phone as name is different
