hi

iam planning to apply through EE, i was refused a student visa to USA in 2010 as they thought i would settle there, in 2014 i reapplied student visa to USA.........but in 2014 while filling online forms to get F1 i mentioned name of different emploer under whom i never worked, as my employer that time dint give me docs of exp proof........however i dint go to USA for studies due to personal reasons, infact i never entered USA........now iam going to show experience in EE under my original employer(with all proofs).....will this be a problem.

Advise will be appreciated.

No - this shouldn't be a problem at all. Make sure you mention your US student visa refusal when asked after you get ITA.

thanq for reply.....i might sound dumb but what is ITA?.......further how are u sure that info in usa f1 application under employment would vary in EE work section and it wont create problem......once again thanq very much.

ITA is Invitation to apply PR in Canada once you have sufficient score for the EE draw. This usually being done twice a month.

you will need a proof, record of employment letter while submitting your PR application. So do the right and use the experience which you can gather documents required further. The job/experience matching NOC will only help you for EE.
It doesn't matter what you mentioned on US application. The US and CA immigration will not share your information.
