Advise filling Date field in the form. Should i fill with current date or NOW?

Hi All,

Just common question but dont want this to jeopardize my application.
In the form if you need to fill out date in the form. Should i fill with current date or write word "Now" for activity that currently still running eg: work experience

I don't think you are allowed to write anything other than dates in those spaces. You can write the date that you sign the form for the current date.
