Hai need some advice
I came Canada as a visitor on 11 Feb and I find a employer and he applies lmia for me on May.Still now I didn't get any response.My visa was still August 10 and apply for extension on July. I would like to know how many days I can stay here.
Do I can return to India and return back when the lmia is ready.
Please give your valuable feedback
 
If you applied for a visitor record before August 10 you can stay in Canada as a visitor until a decision is made on your application. If you leave you would have to apply to return as a visitor, or worker with an approved LMIA. Are you sure this employer is genuine?

You also applied for Alberta which set new rules on TFW after the pandemic. This more than likely has lengthened the already long processing time even longer to ensure that no citizen or PR can do the work
