ADVICE PLEASE URGENT!! Mailing Passport to Ottawa from USA

Hi Guys- I have two questions.

1. I am mailing the passports from USA to Ottawa- Which mail service should I use?
2. What about the return envelops? There are no instructions for the people mailing internationally. Can I send the prepaid FEDEX envelop/USPS prepaid envelop?

You should use FEDEX or UPS. USPS cannot be trusted. They accept return envelopes only from Canada post.
