I have missed adding some info "relationship" in sibling and Left Section B "empty" instead of "Not Applicable". Could you please advise what to do? Will they ask to resubmit the form?

I applied Canadian Experience Class a year ago. And later I included my spouse after I get married. IRCC send me forms such as imm0008, imm5406 to fill with and I missed adding some info like "country of birth" and submitted and later realized
