Hi All,
I wanted advice on whether my occupation falls in 0124 or 1123 NOC code?
I got an ITA under 0124. But I discovered today that my role also fits 1123. Also, wanted to check if 0124 code is active NOC code.
I am working in marketing role for a pharmaceutical company. My JD as outlined by the company is as follows -
"role will be responsible for the development, implementation and execution of operational and strategic plans that optimise sales, market share, and revenue growth for a portfolio of brands in the short and long term"
• Prioritises appropriate targeting, positioning and messaging across all customer segments to maximize the portfolio offering.
• Develops sales forecast and ensures key tracking measures are in place.
• Identifies country-specific insights using market research, competitive intelligence, and understanding of disease areas.
• Drive successful implementation of marketing tactical plan, including implementation of portfolio tools, e.g. category sales aids.
• Optimises channel/promotional mix for individual brand through appropriate resource allocation that meets brand objectives and customer needs.
• Creates and delivers operational plans appropriate to life cycle of brand to optimise return for Novartis.
• Leads development and delivery of key promotional campaign materials from insights to review, production and implementation.
• Manages brand finance and budgets, including appropriate management of brand resources.
• Manages effective agency partnerships.
• Monitors business performance and external environment via appropriate tools and takes corrective action as required to meet business objectives.
• Co-create marketing strategy and plans, positioning and imperatives to achieve financial objectives utilising existing processes and increased input from enhanced customer relationships.
• Lead the Integrated Brand Team to motivate all relevant personnel within and across functions through communication of the brand/portfolio vision, clarity of direction and leading by example via IBT and beyond.
• Be disease area champion to create focus, alignment and enthusiasm both internally and with external customers and agencies.
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, company developments, customers, and competitors. This will also include a full and complete knowledge of the product information and relevant clinical papers, and clinical developments within the therapeutic area. Disseminate with sales colleagues.
• Partner and work cross functionally to drive opportunities and protect base business
• Provide clarity in sales strategy to ensure effective implementation by field force
