Actually being a student i've left and changed a lot of part time jobs almost 5-6 jobs and my other friend is telling me that if i change a lot of jobs it will create a bad impression with CIC and i might face issues with my work permit and PR at the time of application is it really true? if so should i avoid switching over jobs?

Thats not true, as long as you dont work over prescribed hours you should be fine
