I have submitted a wrong document (not fake) with my college application. However I have selected for the same. My question is what if I don't show that document in my visa process, does embassy match the docs with proposed college docs. Guide me if anyone knows about this.

I don't think they match any document with college. Make sure when you apply your application to Canadian embassy all the documents are real . Don't worry they just only match the acceptance letter and your tuition fees from your college .
