i am in saudi arabia, and i would like to give an TCF/TEF exam for french proficiency. Please advice where can i find this...its very urgent bcoz embassy is wating for documents.

Is there anyway that i can do this test online? PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE advice.

I never took the TCF/TEF test neither am I in Saudi Arabia but I can give you info on your query. Check the link for centres in Saudi Arabia:

What am I driving at? I am just trying to say that about 99% of answers to queries posted here can be found on the CIC website. All you need to do is to go the language section on the CIC website and the link to country specific centres is there

2. No you can't do it on line.
