Advice needed - CRS score 390 - Express Entry or PNP?

Which program should i apply for i have a CRS score of 390. I intend to apply for immigration through Express entry or PNP. I would like to settle with my wife & kid.

NOC codes that are applicable in my case are as below:

0601 - Corporate Sales Managers
0651 - Managers in Customer & Personal Services
0125 - Other Business Services Managers
0015 - Senior Managers - Trade, broadcasting and other services, n.e.c.
0731 - Managers in Transportation

i would like to know which Provinces have the above NOC's in demand and hence a higher chance of me being accepted with low CRS score

390 is a very low score. You should try to maximize your points based on experience, language abilities and so on. PNP will definitely give you the boost you need. Start by researching on Provincial immigration websites.

Thank you for your response. I am aiming at improving my IELTS score. If i can get a CLB 10 my point will go upto 402 (still less but better than the previous one). Can you suggest some PNP's that i should be looking at whereby the above mentioned NOC codes are in demand as i am unable to track it down.

These manager/sales NOCs are virtually never in demand with PNPs. Maybe that’s why you can’t track any down. You will have to find a PNP that issues invitations regardless of NOC.
