ADVICE FOR FSW APPLICANTS

My application was received in NS on 23rd April. and I received an acknowledgement and advice to send full application within 120 days to CHC ND within 120 days...

so guys, if you apply provide e-mail address and check that mailbox regularly. You'll be saved of snail mail delay

I did provide email address to NS, and they never send me any email, but I did received my AOR within 22 days, which in my opinion is okay for regular mail.

So far, I think yours is the only case where they have responded via e-mail. Like domingo, I had consented to be contacted via e-mail too, but I never got any from them. Maybe this is a recent change in the policy. By the way, did you get a regular mail as well besides this?

Not yet, the e-mail is dated May 14 and the start of 120 days is from May 14. The snail mail will take about 10 days from NS to India, i guess.

I would like to know if you are applying as a SKilled Worker.

I am also applying for the same by next month. I am in the process of filling the forms.

Regarding your DOB Proofs what you have attached.

And also the Form that says Additionla Family Information:
have been filled by me as I am the Applicant.

As it states that Spouse also needs to fill the same Form. Kindly tell me the details there like Father. Mother, Brothers and Sisters would be mine or his taht would be filled. Also I have 1 year old Son, do I have to fill same for him.

i've applied in FSW-I

will be giving notarized translations of birth cerificates issued by Municipal Corporation with the full application. Note that you don't have to give any proofs when sending application to NS under FSW-I

for add family info the information will be related to the person filling the form... your spouse's form will have his parents and siblings details...

ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION
Completed by:
• the principal applicant
• spouse or common-law partner
• each dependent child over the age of 18 years

Yes it helped me.

So in Applicant Column it would be mine name as I did in my Form and in the same form when will be used by my husband he will write Applicant as me and Spouse as his name.

And other details related to him.

Please confirm.

you are primary applicant...

your husband is spouse of primary applicant

but, you and your husband are both applicants...
