ADVERTISEMENT FOR PRE- SCREENING

Hello Members,

I am an international student and currently on my PG work permit. I am being offered a job for the post of assistant Manager and my employer is ready to support me for my PNP application. I am residing in Ontario and my Employer is also in Ontario.

So i want to know as he already offered me a job, do he still has to run the advertisement to qualify me for Pre- Screening application.

Please help me as i am running out of time.

yes, he still needs to prove that he could not find a Canadian citizen or PR.

My employer had to send proof of advertisements along with the other documents.
I will recommend to send it just to be on the safe side.

What if they reject it after a year of waiting?

But the thing is my employer want to hire me. Why he still need to put advertisement. What if he interviewed other people and did not hire them or just refuse them, then what if CIC put an audit on him. Is that ever happened, can they come and check?

DONT WORRY ABOUT THE AUDIT.

No you don't need to provide any advertisement details. Employer can hire you directly.

If you are applying under International Student with job offer in Ontario. Just make sure you apply for pre screening within 2 year of graduation.
