Hi, got a question here.. a friend of mine sponsored her 5 children under LCP. Two of them were minors (ages 14 and 12). Now 3 adult children received their visas except the 2 minors-their passports returned without visas on them. By the way, these 2 minors are under one of the adult sibling's file number. My friend was hysterical! What might have happened? There was no letter of refusal or any letter attached explaining why. Any idea? Appreciate any replies. Thanks a lot!!
