ADR for income tax return

For the first 2 years of my 3 years work experience, I did not pay any income tax. If I receive an ADR for ITR, will that be a problem?

Will i have the option to withdraw my application after getting ADR? I do not want to risk getting my application rejected because of failure to provide ITR. Thanks in advance.
