ADR for children

Hi,

My AOR is 27 dec. I am FSW-O family of 3.
I received a request letter from canadian immigration asking me if I have any children from my previous marriage?
How should I reply them? Should i make an affidavit stating that I dont have any children from my last marriage or should i just write a letter of explanation?

Please reply urgently.
