I have applied for Dalhousie University on Dec 28,2018 and submitted my documents on Jan 17, 2019.But, I have submitted my IELTS score on Feb last week. Now the decision column changed status to "Written Notification to follow:. What does it means? what's the probability of getting admit in the university? How many days it'll take to get official admit?
