university of Saskatchewan
university of ottawa
university of manitiboba

there are many more good universities(acc. to your marks) but I was only able to recall a few.
your admission would even depend on the course u choose (M.S. or M.E.), ur IELTS scores, LOR and SOP's.

Better if you're planning to take up computer based post-graduate degrees to increase chances of admission and visa provision. Your grades are not that impressive so go for the average universities. Forget McGill, UBC, UAlberta and UToronto as you'll have little chances of landing admission there.

Do not rely on this forum for information alone. Make your research so you can choose which university or program is right for you. Different schools will have their own admission requirements.

Dear i have search through OTTAWA website, and their requirement is B grade that is almost 70% .
did you know a specific university that will accept me in 68.72%

Also try University of Victoria and Carleton University. They are reputed and you have a good chance there

try contacting professors . i have got admisson in ECE Uvic with 68 % but my CGPA was 3.03
i have my frnds in Uni Of Regina and Uni Of Saskatchewan having % below 70 . they all got admission including me , just because of professors , u can also get admission in Uni of Manitoba too.
as far i know , the above mention universities have no any problem , if ur Graduate Supervisor (a professor from your faculty) is willing to accept you .
