Dear all;
I require your help on urgent bases;
1- I am from India and did my bachelors in commerce back in 1998.
2- Worked for a company for 3 years as account assistant.
3- Due to low pay and uncertainty left it.
4- On a friend’s suggestion and my personal interest I got into the cooking line.
5- I have been in the cooking industry for at least 7 years in different companies and factories, preparing meals for their workers.
6- Don’t have any diploma or anything regarding this profession,
7- Cleared my IELTS at 7.
I am interested in getting an admission in two years of culinary arts diploma from a collage/university or community college. I want to know;
1- Will my Education gap and age (33 years) have any effect on chances of approval from Canadian commission?
2- Any extra documents required?
3- Once I am granted the student visa (hopefully) and get my off campus work permit, then during my semester breaks am I allowed to work legally for 2 jobs (8 hrs job 1 + 4 hrs job 2) per day?
4- Once I completed my 2 years diploma, will this count as a valid Canadian education (post graduate) in case of PR?
5- After being employed for 1 year under Post graduate work permit , under skill level b (cook), will I be able to get PR
a. 2 years of Canadian diploma for culinary arts
b. 1 year of Canadian skilled work experience (skill level B).
6- Does the employer has to ask from LMO before giving me the job?
I know the asking a lot from u guys, but what can I say 
Looking forward to your response
Regards
