admission in university of regina........

Salam, Arslan & raza hussain (chraza) bhai i need some help, i applied for study permit for college but they refused me, on the basis of purpose of visit. so now help me in gettin admission in university of Regina in masters in human resource management.

my profile is mba from bzu multan, cgpa 2.9 approximate 69.7 %
IELTS expired 6.0

i lived in england for more than 1 year.

is it possible k main admission secure kar sakoon ga. aur university kab tak reply karti hai as last date to apply is 1st september for jan session.

when did u apply for visa and when did they refuse u?
Did u go to uk on a study visa? if yes, did u come back in time and did u get any education there?

i applied for the study permit but they refused me this month.... yes i was on study visa due to some reasons i came back & cant go back. now i am planning for Canada as my friends live there....
