You'll need to start by finding a school that's willing to admit you as a student. You should expect annual tuition to be $15K for a public school - more if you attend a private school. Next, you'll need to apply for a study permit. To be approved, you'll need to show that you have enough money in your bank account (or your parents' bank account) to pay for at least one year of tuition and also an additional $10K in living expenses. So at a minimum, you'll want to show a bank balance of $25K.
You will also need to find someone in Canada willing to act as your guardian (this should be someone who is already living here).
