I am graduate in BBA. I'd like to keep my option open for industrial psychology in Canada or in the field of HR.(which option can yield a better job? )
I'm confused if i should go for MIM or MBA. I heard there is not much opportunity for students doing MIM and i'm looking for permanent residency in Canada.
My scores have been as follows:
12th- 85%
10th- 9.4 cgpa
University- 64%
IELTS- 7.5 (W-7, R-7.5, L-8, S-8)
i have very little work experience., of about 6 months as a Hr generalist and recruiter.
