Admission at Memorial University

I have looked through Memorial University website. It looks like that they offer most of their courses distance learning. My brother has applied for Masters in Technology Management and we are not sure what will be the mode of the study (they say it is available full time, but also say that is available online only).

Can anyone please help.. whether my brother can apply study permit under this programme.

No you can not apply for study permit if they are offering it online, most of MUN courses which are offered online are offered through DES.
So I suggest you contact either Des or your program coordinator and confirm this before applying.
And once again I am reminding you VO will not issue you student visa for online program.
