If you want to immigrate the research Express Entry based on your age, education, language, skilled experience and funds.

If you want a job then apply for jobs on Canadian job sites like Indeed. You need a job offer and your employer needs to file for and pay $1k for a LMIA. The LMIA shows that no Canadian or PR could be hired, only you. Then with LMIA, you apply for a closed work permit. For the permit, you show that you are experienced to do the job. Get your ECA for your degrees done and take IELTS too.

In Canada, children on the spectrum are in regular classrooms. Depending on their needs, they may get some classroom support. You say MILD, so he would be in a regular classroom. Schools do no provide therapy and if they do it is minimal and you may wait years. Assume your child has a diagnosis and that you would be able to afford any therapies (OT, speech), respite/care, ABA out of pocket. You would have to pay for all the services yourself. It is not covered by provincial health insurance. Don’t think you would be eligible for provincial funding unless you are PR and you may wait many years to access funds. Even finding a therapist may be difficult. If you need an assessment/diagnosis from a therapist, you will be waiting years and the costs is $3-4K.

So do some research of the therapy, your son requires and then cost it out.
