hello! if someone could clarify some doubts i have i would be very happy =)

i'm the principal aplicant, my sponsor is my husband, no kids.
My first question is each of us have to fill one form right? one with my family info and other with his family info... im not completely sure so i would like someone confirm me that.

second question, in case we don't know the present adress of any of our family what we should put in there? is that very important?

third, in place of birth, is it ok if i just put the country?

and fourth, in the children section, any of us have so do we just fill all that part with "N/A"?

thanks in advance for the answers and have a good day =)

The sponsor does NOT have to fill out that form, only you as a principal applicant.

I don't think it is wise to leave blank space for addresses. You must provide the name of your parents and any siblings you might have. Under children put N/A if you don't have any.

It might raise some red flags if you don't know where your parents or siblings live, their addresses. And if you really don't know, just pick up the phone and ask them.
For place of birth, putting only the name of the country makes it very vague. It will raise some eyebrows. Again, you might not know for sure (I didn't either) but you can always ask your parents or siblings. Or look in your birth certificate.

I don't know your family situation (you might actually not have contact with any of your relatives), but you should make an effort and dig up that information.
I wouldn't put only half the info in there if I were you. They might return it to you and this could delay your application process.

i just asked about the adress in case that my husband had to filled that (he dont have contact at all with some of his relatives)
I live with my parents so i have all that info, so in place of birth i will put the most complete i can
This form is kinda vague and the guide too so i was not sure how to fill it
anyway, Thanks for answer =)

The form is quite simple: name of spouse, name of parents, name of children and name of siblings plus their addresses and date and place of birth.

It's good news for you that your husband doesn't have to fill it out ;)
