Address where to send some additional requirements in Manila embassy ?

Is this the right address where my husband need to send some of the additional requirements that they need it from the embassy in Manila . Is it by LBC or Fedex which one is better or past pls nned ur advice . Need to make sure the right address where to send it thanks in advance.
