Hello Everyone!
I am the sponsered and when I login to Ecas using my details there is an option to update address, when i click that, it redirects me to CSE page of new delhi

I had given a request to update my address which was spelled wrong. I sent CSE, general email and fax to them to update the address and it has been more than 3 weeks, the address is still spelled as wrong. there are typographical errors.

Secondly I sent my passports to new delhi, new pp in a different courier and old pp in different courier and both tracking numbers shows it as delivered.
I sent them a CSE, general email and fax to ask them whether they have received it or not and there is still no reply.

How can i get to check if my both PPs are delivered as well as how to update my address on ECAS?
 
The CSE page also says that if you are only updating your address, you may not see a change, but they will have the new address.

If the courier says it was delivered, then it was delivered. New Delhi is not going to tell you yes or no.
 
thx for the info. May I please know where did u see the message that you may not see a change when they have the new address?
