I am from Ghaziabad. I am applying for Permanent Residency To Canada, FSW, NOC 2173. I am confused about where (address) to post my application form? I will send the application through courier.

Will the address be :

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category, Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada


OR


P.O. BOX 7500

Canada


Can someone let me know the complete correct address quickly?

Since it is by courier, use the address as stated in the instruction guide:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Federal Skilled Worker
NOC Category, Offer of Arranged Employment category or PhD category
Primary NOC 2011 Code: XXXX
49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2
Canada

On your envelope, make sure specify the category under which you are applying and the NOC code.

Will high school certificate be accepted as a proof Of Date Of Birth? I don't have my birth certificate

i think you need to attach the affidavit stating that you dont have birth certificate & giving 10th certificate for DOB proof,

But please wait, Let senior to answer this with more clarity
