The address seems to be correct, so I suggest you to cross check with DHL. Did you include the WES reference number?

I think I can understand why they have rejected it. Walk me through this. How did you get your reference number if you are sending the amount by DD?

To clarify, let me tell you what I did:

1. I've obtained my transcripts from the universities and have put them all in 1 envelope.
2. I made the payment online through my credit card and got the WES reference number.
3. I am going to write this number on the top of my envelope and mail it to WES.

What was your process?

That WES ref No was given by my agency. They asked me to take a DD and send it above mentioned address

I don't think WES accepts DD but I could be wrong. Basically I think the reason why they are refusing to accept your documents is because your reference number may not be valid. Please check with your agency again.

What was your process?

1. Approached agency and they obtained WES ref NO [ Paid fee to the agency]
2. Went to respective Universities and requested for transcripts [ It wasnt given in hand, Transcripts were mailed to WES address by university itself]
3. The DD was taken for 322 CAD and send it via DHL in a separate envelope.

Is this process wrong?

Oh I see. thanks man will check up with the agency

3. The DD was taken for 322 CAD and send it via DHL in a separate envelope. This step is not required. Your agency has already paid for you.

Is this process wrong?

Oh, If I have a WES ref Number it means, I have already paid the fee right. So 322 CAD is not necessary. Understood
